KASZ BY-LAW AMENDEMENT PROPOSAL –
Voting on the amendment proposal will take place Tuesday, November 4th at 11a
Section 2:b States (Currently)
KASZ nomination Committee shall consist of a nominating chair, and if needed, two more members. The Nominating Committee will present a slate of candidates for vacant positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and five members at large. Nominations from the floor will be accepted. No member will nominate any member without first obtaining that member’s assurance that he/she will serve the term if elected.
KASZ BOARD proposes removing the following sentence: “Nominations from the floor will be accepted.”
